The Blueberry Tartan Smoothie pastry shoes are another masterpiece from Vanessa and Angela Simmons stars of the hit MTV shows “Run’s House” and “Daddy Girls” and an open door to the future of shoe design for teenagers and young adults. The ladies have strayed from their other designs to create a shoe that is unlike any other and brings together an old and new look in a fantastic way.

The first thing to notice about this shoe is the overall design, which is in the style of a fold-over high top. This is the casual look that ruled the television screens, and the streets, all throughout the 80s and early 90s. Today the look is making a come back, but the Simmons girls have take it to a whole new level. The fabric is soft and comfortable-looking, combing sporty and trendy styles. The shoe, which is mostly white, is suddenly and unexpectedly accented with a blue, silver and back tartan, or plaid, pattern on the interior and lip of the high top, giving meaning to the name. This shoe is an inspiration.
